This Privacy Policy explains how Ksun Trading Technology Limited ("Ksun Trading Technology", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Dawnly: Easy Fasting mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Fasting and wellness data. Information you enter into the App — such as fasting windows, start and end times, weight, goals, notes, and reminders. This data is stored on your device so the App can track your progress.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage and analytics data. Anonymous or aggregated information about how the App is used — such as features opened, session length, and in-app events — to understand and improve the App.
- Crash and diagnostic data. Crash logs and performance data to diagnose problems and improve stability.
- Device and technical data. Device model, operating system version, language, app version, and device identifiers used for analytics and advertising.
1.3 Purchases
When you make an in-app purchase or subscribe, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide the App. Track fasting sessions, store your data on your device, deliver reminders.
- Manage purchases. Process and restore in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Improve the App. Analyze anonymous usage trends, fix crashes, develop new features.
- Advertising. Show ads, including through third-party advertising partners, in supported versions of the App.
- Support & safety. Respond to your requests, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising and Analytics
The App may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. These partners may collect or receive device identifiers and usage information through the App and may use it to provide measurement services and serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Depending on your device settings and applicable law, you may be asked for permission before we use certain identifiers (such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), and you can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf — for example, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising providers — under agreements that limit their use of the data.
- App stores and payments. With Apple to process purchases and subscriptions.
- Legal reasons. When required to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred subject to this policy.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the App, and afterwards only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Fasting and wellness data you enter is kept on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold by contacting us at the email below.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction. You can view and edit most of your data directly in the App.
- Deletion. You can delete your fasting data directly in the App, and you can request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us at the email below.
- Permissions. You can manage notifications, tracking, and other permissions in your device settings.
- Regional rights. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Transfers
We are based in Hong Kong, and our service providers may process your information in other countries. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Health Information
Fasting and wellness data you enter may be sensitive. We use this information only to provide the App's tracking features as described above. We do not use your fasting or wellness data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
